I had taken 2yrs AMC for my Aquasure water purifier by paying Rs.10000/- when I am calling the technician for servicing there was no response from them till today 16th dec no support team had called me and this pissed consumer team also not solving my problem

I have purchased aqua water purifer in the month fed 2021 and install maschine on 18may 2021 Machine is not working only 1month pass pl try to arrange replace or send mechanic person to repair Or pl send install person Bharat solanki Mahindra park d wing ground floor chirag nagar ghatkopar west 40086 932340**** Regards Bharat solanki Mumbai

Fake and disgusting company

I had purchased a AquaGuard Protect Plus water filter in November 2019. 6 months later, in May 2020, I had called the technician home to check the filer. Upon checking he mentioned the filter inside needs to be changed but the water filter is obsolete. How can the water filter with 1 year warranty be obsolete in 6 months. I again called the company's technician last week who promised to change the filter today, 11/05/2021, on calling him today he said he has no idea when he would receive a filter from the company. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONLY DISGUSTING BUT ALSO A MONEY MAKING RACKET WHO OBSOLETE THEIR WATER FILTER 6 MONTHS AFTER SALE.
